Eating gluten-free doesn’t mean giving up the foods we love. At Kibitz Spot, we focus on gluten-free recipes that are full of flavor, easy to follow, and worth making whether you need to avoid gluten or not.
Our gluten-free kitchen grew out of necessity. Several members of our family have celiac disease, so we know how important it is to have recipes you can trust. We also know that gluten-free cooking can feel overwhelming at first, especially when you’re learning which ingredients are safe, how substitutions behave, and how to avoid cross-contamination.
Here you’ll find all of our gluten-free recipes in one place, from breakfasts and easy weeknight meals to soups, sides, sauces, snacks, and desserts. Some are naturally gluten-free, while others are adaptations of family favorites and classic dishes we didn’t want to give up.
Most use ingredients that are easy to find, and we explain the substitutions or gluten-free products that matter.
If you avoid dairy as well as gluten, you can also browse our gluten-free and dairy-free recipes for dishes that meet both needs.
Whether you have celiac disease, cook for someone who does, or simply want more gluten-free options in your kitchen, we hope you find something here that becomes a regular favorite.
